Marinko isn’t your typical broker. On the back of his time at some of Australia’s leading financial institutions, he blends his proven expertise with a deep real-world knowledge from over two decades of property development, renovations and real estate projects.
With a passion for real estate guiding him, Marinko founded Pristine Finance in 2003 to offer an alternative vision for property investing. His goal was to create an experience that genuinely put people front and centre, and where service and personalisation would be at the foundation of everything.
Personable, empathetic, inquisitive, and fiercely loyal, Marinko lives for the satisfaction of obtaining finance approvals for his customers on the back of a consistent set of values.
To be a part of this process is a privilege he never takes for granted, and the high rates of repeat and referral business that comes through Pristine is testament to this.
Outside of work, Marinko is a keen traveller and active in his community coaching the next generation of soccer stars, swimming in the ocean, and spending quality moments with his family.

Richard is driven by an authentic desire to get the best results possible for his clients. Whether it’s guiding you through your first property acquisition or refinancing to save thousands off your interest repayments, he’ll dive into a challenge by looking for the solution from every possible angle.
No matter how simple or complex a deal is, the most important thing for Richard is to ensure that you leave happy with the result.
From bouldering to Muay Thai boxing to tackling a twisty mountain road on his motorbike, his adventurous spirit guides him towards new experiences. And in giving back to the community, Richard also enjoys volunteering as a First Responder for St John’s Ambulance.

Rina is our dedicated Credit Analyst, streamlining every stage of the loan process. With over five years’ industry experience, she prepares and submits loan applications, coordinating with lenders, clients, accountants, and solicitors to ensure every detail is managed flawlessly.
A proud mother, Rina values balancing her professional and personal commitments, always ensuring she is there for her daughter’s important moments. Passionate about continuous learning, she embraces challenges as opportunities for growth, guided by the belief that stepping outside one’s comfort zone is key to progress. Though not one for constant socialising, Rina values deep, meaningful relationships and is known for her empathetic nature.
Outside of work, she spends quality time with her family, joins fun runs with friends, explores new destinations, and pursues creative interests such as drawing and singing.
